About Jennifer Cavallucci
Hi, I’m Jennifer Cavallucci, a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern dedicated to supporting children, teens, women, and parents through compassionate, relational care. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade as a teacher, MTSS coordinator, and reading interventionist, helping students and families navigate both academic and emotional challenges.
My journey into counseling began with a deep desire to support the whole child—not just in the classroom, but in their inner world. I witnessed how powerful it is when a child or parent feels truly understood, and I knew I wanted to create that kind of space for healing and growth.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents using play-based and integrative, attachment-focused approaches, while also offering parenting support rooted in connection and practical tools. I work with women navigating pregnancy, postpartum transitions, identity shifts, and perinatal loss. In addition, I support adults in exploring and healing attachment wounds, fostering inner healing that not only brings personal growth but also strengthens their parenting style and family relationships. I am trained in child-centered play therapy and continue expanding my skills through modalities like EMDR and family systems
work.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing happens through connection. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore who they are, process what they’ve been through, and move toward a more empowered and authentic life.
I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in the state of Florida, working under the supervision of Renee Koutras, LMHC-QS (License #: MH 16068). I have completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am gaining post-graduate clinical experience toward full licensure.
