Individual Counseling
Helping you find the light within.

Why I Do This Work
Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, trauma, or major life changes. I believe every person has the strength and light they need within them, but sometimes it takes a safe, supportive space to find it. My passion is helping individuals of all ages feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence and self-compassion.

What is EMDR?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. Instead of needing to talk in detail about the past, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, tapping, or sounds) to help the brain reprocess memories in a healthier way.

This process can reduce the intensity of painful emotions, shift negative beliefs, and create space for new, more empowering perspectives. EMDR can be helpful for children, teens, and adults coping with trauma, anxiety, grief, or overwhelming life experiences.
